FRANCHISE TERMS & CONDITIONS
加盟條款說明
The franchise fee for each brand is USD 100,000.
任何品牌的加盟授權費用一律為 100,000 美元
The above fee includes a complete education and training course for about 3–4 days.
上述金額包含完整教育訓練課程，約 3–4 天時間
If on-site training is required, additional accommodation cost, flight ticket fare and instructor fee (USD 100 per day) are to be borne by the franchisee.
如需專員至營業現場駐點教學，需另外負擔食宿、機票與講師費用（講師費用為 100 美元／日）
Franchisee may purchase equipment and appliances locally or from the Company.
設備器具加盟主可在當地自主採購，或向公司購買
Franchisee may decorate or refurnish the stores at his/her own discretion. If store design and construction drawings are required from the Company, an additional USD 3,000 shall be charged.
店面裝潢加盟主可自由裝修，如需公司進行店面設計與製作施工圖，另付 3,000 美元
The Company will directly export key raw materials from Taiwan to the franchisee's business place. For the remaining raw materials, guidance will be provided to source locally.
關鍵性原物料由台灣公司直接出口至加盟主的營業地點，其餘原物料輔導加盟主在當地採購
